  • For customized or bulk B2B orders, processing time may vary depending on product type, order volume, and production schedule.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or other reliable services.
  • Delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or above certain cart values (as per active offers).

3. International Shipping

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately with order details and photos.
  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier and accepted, no claims for missing items can be processed.
