This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request order cancellations, returns, or refunds when purchasing textile products from our online store.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team at info@swarcreation.com/63519 85132 with your order ID.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

b. B2B / Wholesale Orders

  • Bulk or customized B2B orders are non-cancellable once confirmed and payment has been received, as production or dispatch begins immediately.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We strive to deliver high-quality textile products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange.

a. Conditions for Return (B2C Customers)

  • Returns must be initiated within 1 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) and unboxing video/images may be requested for verification.
  • Returns will not be accepted for color variations, as fabric appearance may vary due to digital display settings.

b. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fabrics cut to specific measurements
  • Customized, stitched, or bulk wholesale products
  • Clearance sale or discounted items

c. B2B Customers

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, reported within 1 days of receiving goods.
  • Products will be inspected before approving replacement or store credit.
  • No cash refunds are issued for B2B transactions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer.
  • In case of partial returns, refund value will be adjusted based on the returned items only.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we may issue a credit note or refund instead.
  • B2B clients may request replacement for defective products of the same design, subject to stock.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item delivered is defective or incorrect.
  • For verified defective products, Swar Creation will bear the return shipping charge or arrange pickup.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will verify and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
